Over the lights of Florence there is a large veranda full of
sunlight where the swallows make their nests, much like our clients,
now sometimes of the third generation, put themselves trustfully into
our hands.
The restaurant at Villa le Rondini is a tranquil, spacious place,
situated on a hill dominating the city only 15 minutes from the city
centre and encapsulated in the splendid frame of Chianti.

young cooks elaborates every day, herbs and perfumes that mix to create
uniquely exquisite plates accompanied by fine wines, all to convey the
pleasure of the palate whilst taking nothing away from traditional fare.
From our kitchens come revisited classics both from the Tuscan
tradition, and International cuisine realised with Biological and
natural products from the family farm.
Service is polite and efficient.
The canteen proposes an ample choice of local (where in the heart of Tuscany!) and national labels.
Banquets have dedicated rooms and we also offer thematic dinners (musical, costume, …).
